Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company focussed on gold, with developing interests in copper, cobalt, and other minerals, announces a dealing in shares by Andrew Bell, a director of the Company (the "Dealing").

 

On 8 August 2022 Mr Andrew Bell, a director, sold 3,580,000 ordinary shares. Following this transaction and those reported yesterday, his holding of Red Rock shares through his personal pension has increased by 15,000,000 shares and his overall holding has increased by 4,920,000 shares.
