[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 4211J Red Rock Resources plc 30 March 2010 \n \n\nRED ROCK RESOURCES PLC\nCompletion of Acquisition and Issue of Equity\nDated: 30 March 2010\n \nRed Rock Resources plc (\"Red Rock\" or the \"Company\") the mining exploration and development company focussed on advancing iron ore, manganese and uranium projects in Australia and East Africa, announces that it has issued 5,064,645 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 2.68 pence per Ordinary Share, conditional on the Shares being admitted to trading on AIM (the \"Issue\").\n \nOf the Issue, 4,005,970 Ordinary Shares are being issued to Kansai Mining Corporation as the third and final tranche of the Consideration for the purchase of Red Rock's interest in the Migori gold property announced by the Company on 17 August 2009. The balance of the Issue, being 1,058,675 new Ordinary Shares, have been issued in satisfaction on advisers' fees.\n \nFollowing the Issue, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be 580,108,812 ordinary shares of 0.1p. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
