[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3038W Record PLC 09 June 2008 \n \nRECORD PLC\n\n\nRecord plc (the 'Company') announces in accordance with LR9.6.16, a transfer of ordinary shares of £0.00025 each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Angela Mary Murphy, a shareholder subject to lock-up arrangements contained in a lock-in deed dated 28 November 2007 entered into between, inter alia, the Company, JPMorgan Cazenove Limited (as Sponsor) and Mrs Murphy (the 'Lock-in Deed'). Mrs Murphy has transferred 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares to her husband, David Leonard Murphy, by a gift for nil consideration pursuant to an exemption from the lock-up arrangements contained in the Lock-in Deed. Mr Murphy has entered into a lock-up deed dated 9 June 2008, the terms of which are substantially the same as the lock-up arrangements contained within the Lock-in Deed.
