(the \"Company\" or \"ReconAfrica\") (TSXV: RECO) (OTCQX: RECAF) (\n \n Frankfurt\n \n : 0XD) reports that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reconnaissance Energy Namibia (Pty) Ltd., has been named as a respondent in an application filed by certain third party special interest groups in the High Court of\n \n Namibia\n \n (Main Division), challenging the recent amendments to the Company's Environmental Compliance Certificate (the \"ECC Amendments\") that were approved by the Environmental Commissioner of the Namibian Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism.
