(the \"Company\" or \"ReconAfrica\") (TSXV: RECO) (OTCQX: RECAF) (\n \n Frankfurt\n \n : 0XD) (NSX: REC) announces an agreement for a joint exploration project in\n \n Angola\n \n with the Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis or National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (\"ANPG\").\n \n\n ReconAfrica has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (\"MOU\") with ANPG for a joint exploration project in the Etosha-Okavango basin, located onshore in southeastern\n \n Angola\n \n . ANPG is\n \n Angola's\n \n national concessionaire and regulator.\n \n\n The agreement is a strategic addition to the Company's asset portfolio, which creates an opportunity for early entry into onshore\n \n Angola\n \n at a low cost, with minimal work commitments.
