Each unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of Lund and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period of three years.\n\n \n \nCertain directors and officers of the Company have agreed to subscribe for units pursuant to the private placement.
