(LEN - TSX Venture), (\"Lochaird\" or the \"Corporation\") announces that the Corporation's annual information form (\"AIF\") dated December 12, 2008 for the year ended December 31, 2007 has been re-filed to correct certain typographical errors, including those on page 17 of the AIF. Page 17 of the AIF had incorrectly identified the number and percentage of outstanding common shares beneficially owned or deemed to be owned, directly or indirectly, by the directors and officers of Lochaird as a group, as being 7,615,320 common shares and 68%, respectively.
