COMPLETION OF 2ND TRANCHE OF SHARE BUYBACK
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc has completed the second tranche of its £1 billion share buyback programme, purchasing 3,461,470 ordinary shares between October 22, 2025, and January 28, 2026, at an average price of £59.46 per share. The company also announced the cancellation of 30 million ordinary shares on December 16, 2025, and an additional 14 ordinary shares on January 13, 2026, and no longer intends to cancel further treasury shares in connection with this tranche. On 13 January 2026, the Company announced the cancellation of a further 14 ordinary shares held in treasury.
