[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nANDREW BONFIELD TO SUCCEED SIR JEREMY DARROCH\nAS SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AT 2024 AGM\n \nThe Board of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ('Reckitt', the 'Company') is pleased to announce that Andrew Bonfield will succeed Sir Jeremy Darroch as Senior Independent Director, upon Sir Jeremy's appointment as Chair with effect from the Company's Annual General Meeting in May 2024.\n \nAndrew Bonfield joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2018 and was appointed Chair of the Audit Committee in January 2019.
