("RS" or the "Company")\n (RS - TSX), a technology innovator and manufacturer of advanced\n composite products for infrastructure markets, announced that it\n received a letter today from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX")\n stating that RS's common shares will be delisted from the TSX effective\n at the close of market on March 15, 2011. While the Company will\n endeavor to meet the continued listing requirements of the TSX prior to\n the delisting date, the Company also intends to make application for\n listing of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV")\n or another recognized stock exchange to ensure continued and seamless\n trading liquidity for shareholders. The Company anticipates that a\n transfer of its stock exchange listing to the TSXV or another\n recognized stock exchange would occur on or about the TSX delisting\n date.\n\n\nAs previously announced on September 28, 2010, the Company was subject\n to a delisting review by the TSX as a result of RS's financial\n condition, trading price and disclosure issues.
