("RS" or the "Company")\n announced today that, effective at the opening of trading on March 30,\n 2011, the Company's common shares will commence trading on the NEX\n board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "RS.H".\n\n\nThe transfer in stock exchange listing to the NEX Board of the TSX\n Venture Exchange is designed to ensure continuous trading and continued\n liquidity for the Company's shareholders. As previously announced, the\n Company's common shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock\n Exchange effective at the close of trading on March 29, 2011 due to the\n Company's current inability to meet continued listing requirements of\n the Toronto Stock Exchange.\n\n\nRS continues to work with its advisor, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada\n Ltd., to identify investors and strategic partners for RS to provide\n the Company with both short and long term solutions for its working\n capital needs.
