("RS" or the "Company")\n (TSX: RS), a technology innovator and manufacturer of advanced\n composite products for infrastructure markets, announced that the\n Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has extended the date that RS's\n common shares will be delisted from the TSX from the close of market on\n March 15, 2011 to the close of market on March 29, 2011. The Company\n has made an application for listing of its common shares on the TSX\n Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to ensure continued and seamless trading\n liquidity for shareholders. The Company anticipates that if its\n application is approved, a transfer of its stock exchange listing to\n the TSXV would occur on or about the TSX delisting date.\n\n\nRS continues to work with its advisor, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada\n Ltd., to identify investors and strategic partners for RS to provide\n the Company with both short and long term solutions for its working\n capital needs.
