He has\nmore than 17 years of experience in all aspects of corporate finance,\nacquisitions and operations. He has held a series of increasingly senior roles\nof responsibility within the SNC Lavalin group of global engineering\ncompanies. Over the past several years, he has either led or participated in\nover $1 billion of public debt and equity issuances domestically and has held\nroles in both finance and operations. He has also led complicated global\nbusiness transactions in Asia, Europe and South America.\n\n\nPrior to joining RS, Mr. Leonidas was the chief financial officer and\ncorporate secretary of AltaGas Utility Group Inc., (AUI - TSX). He has a\ndegree in Agricultural Engineering from McGill University and a Graduate\nDiploma in Public Accountancy from Concordia University.
