[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0786T Trinity Mirror PLC 23 March 2016  \n\n23 March 2016\nTrinity Mirror plc \n \nUpdate in relation to civil claims arising from phone hacking\n\nFurther to the announcement made on 17 December 2015 we have been informed this morning by the Supreme Court that they have refused our application for permission to appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal.\nWe have throughout the legal process been resolving claims and will continue to make efforts to resolve all legitimate claims.\nThere remains ongoing uncertainty in relation to how matters will progress.
