[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9405E Reabold Resources PLC 17 May 2013 \n \n\nReabold Resources plc\n(\"Reabold Resources\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPosting of Shareholder Circular\n \nApproval of waiver of obligations under Rule 9 of the City Code and Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \nReabold Resources announces that it is today posting a circular to its shareholders, which, amongst other things, includes the notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year to 31 December 2011, to be held at the offices of Kerman & Co LLP, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ at 10.30 a.m. on 12 June 2013.\n \nThe Notice of AGM sets out the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting.
