[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3641L Reabold Resources PLC 08 January 2016 \n\nFor Immediate Release 8 January 2016 \nREABOLD RESOURCES PLC \n(the \"Company\")\n \nPlacing\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \n \nReabold Resources plc (AIM: RBD) the AIM traded natural resources investing company announces the placement of 40,000,000 ordinary shares ('the Placing Shares'), at 0.5 pence per share to raise gross proceeds of £200,000 ('the Placing'), which will provide additional working capital for the Company. \nThe Company has applied for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and admission is expected to occur on or around 15 January 2016 (\"Admission\").
