Holdings plc ('the company') announces that on Friday 11 May 2001, it completed the sale of the property at 7 Bedford Square, London as described in the company's announcement of 10 April 2001. Following the sale of 7 Bedford Square, and with immediate effect, the company has relocated its registered and head office to newly leased premises at Third Floor, 40-42 Osnaburgh Street, London NW1 3ND.
