[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 4292S R.E.A.Hldgs PLC 09 September 2010 \n \n\n \n \n \n9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/2017 issued by REA Finance B.V.\n \nIt was announced on 12 August 2010 that REA Finance B.V. (\"REAF\"), a wholly owned subsidiary of R.E.A. Holdings plc (\"REAH\"), had convened a meeting of holders of the 9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/17 issued by REAF (the \"sterling notes\") to consider, and if thought fit approve, resolutions to effect a reorganisation of the sterling notes.\n \nThe convened meeting of the sterling noteholders was held on 9 September 2010 and all of the proposed resolutions (the \"noteholder resolutions\") were duly approved.
