Finance B.V.\n \nIt was announced on 12 August 2010 that REA Finance B.V. (\"REAF\"), a wholly owned subsidiary of R.E.A. Holdings plc (\"REAH\"), had convened a meeting of holders of the 9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/17 (the \"sterling noteholders\") issued by REAF to consider, and if thought fit approve, resolutions to effect a reorganisation of the sterling notes involving a restructuring of the security and guarantee arrangements applicable to the notes and amendments to the trust deed constituting the notes.\n \nIt was further announced on 9 September 2010 that at such convened meeting of the sterling noteholders all of the proposed resolutions were duly approved.\n \nThe other conditions to the reorganisation having been satisfied, the reorganisation has now been completed.\n \n \n \n \n\nThis information is provided by RNSThe company news service from the London Stock Exchange END FURBMBBTMBAJBAM \n ","length":1607,"tagName":"div"}]
