Exxe Group entry into Artificial Intelligence by acquiring CG-AI platform -
Qualified Lead Generation for multiple industries
NEW YORK, NY , October 10, 2018 -- Exxe Group (OTC PINK: AXXA), a diversified company focused on acquisitions in the real estate, fintech, technology, media, and financial services sectors, today announced its entry into the Artificial Intelligence (AI) with its acquisition of CG AI (CG), an artificial intelligence consultant software platform.
Several dominant national and multinational corporations, including Swisscom, Telekom Serbia, and the Saudi Telecom Company have already integrated CG into their operations, using CG’s proprietary AI software as a lead generation tool to attract clients, increase sales, and expand market share. The CG AI software uses proprietary algorithmic models to seek out and engage potential new customers, then targets these new customer leads with customized corporate products and service bundles, with the information driven by a virtual intelligence consultant that uses cataloged information cross-referenced with customer data to make relevant recommendations. Once the CG software is deployed across the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, CG receives the revenue share of new customer revenue brought in via its technology, under established contractual agreements. CG AI’s revenues generated from multinational corporations will be consolidated with Exxe Group.
CG AI software is hosted on the CG’s proprietary cloud environment and it is a platform installed to reside on the corporate system. It creates a synergistic and mutually rewarding relationship between Exxe and the corporations that utilize CG’s AI software. The CG AI algorithmic software may be utilized in multiple departments, from customer service to sales and marketing.
Exxe group via its Softsmart 2.0, Neccentric subsidiary has been working with AI for several years and understands the power of AI to be both disruptive and additive to legacy corporate functions. Exxe values the importance of newly emerging technology in the new and constantly evolving digital economy of the twenty-first century. CG AI is a welcome addition to the Exxe Group corporate portfolio.
Dr. Eduard Nazmiev, Ph.D, CEO of Exxe Group, commented on the acquisition, “We are excited to expand our portfolio of software properties that address the needs of the modern enterprise with the acquisition of CG AI proprietary AI platform. At Exxe Group, we look to help our customers live better in the digital age - whether that means they are conducting B2B or B2C transactions, operating connected spaces, or manage their finances. We want to harness new technologies to help people and companies live better-connected lives and operate more efficiently in the connected world. We are excited because we think CG and its leading AI platform can help our corporate partners do just that.”
