(OTC Markets: TLNUF), a leading developer of affordable, state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client contact software solutions announced today, that it has signed a major sales agreement with The Retail Merchants? Association of Canada (RMA).The Retail Merchants? Association (RMA) is an Ontario based not-for-profit organization serving the independent retailers in Canada since 1910. The RMA?s mission is to assist independent businesses and associations to compete and make a profit by offering programs, such as rebates, coupons and online advertising to its members, in order to reduce their operating costs. The RMA has connection to over 75,000 members and, it is believed that through their marketing channels, as well as their associate associations, their combined endeavors will allow Telecorp to secure significant sales and subscriptions in this partnership?s shared revenue model. It is estimated through group strategies and projections that in three years, this combined program will generate revenues in excess of $3.5 million. This conservative estimate is based on obtaining 3,000 to 4,000 subscribers over the course of the 3-year sales agreement. The sales agreement with RMA offers to sell core services to all members of the association. The expanded agreement will also include partnerships with six more associations to create superior revenue streams than originally predicted. Beyond the individual members and each member?s satellite locations, and now with this rejuvenated mandate, Telecorp has added the following association partners to the sales agreement: Canadian Automobile Association Programs (CA-AP), Canadian Home Furnishings Association (CHFA), Federation of Ontario Bed and Breakfast Accommodations (F.O.B.B.A.), Opticians Association of Canada, Canadian Home Furnishings Alliance, and Ontario Restaurant, Hotel& Motel Association (ORHMA).?RMA is very pleased with our partnership with Telecorp Inc. in the past and we are elated we can take it to the next step with them.
