Results of AGM
RC Fornax plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. Resolutions 1 through 11 were approved as ordinary resolutions, with the adoption of accounts receiving 100% of votes cast for, and the election of directors generally receiving over 99.99% approval. Resolution 9, concerning the approval of the RC Fornax plc 2026 LTIP, passed with 83.32% of votes in favour.
