(\"Rathdowney\"\n or the \"Company\") (TSXV: RTH) reports on plans for its flagship Olza\n Zinc-Lead-Silver Project in southwest Poland. Following a successful\n first phase focused on assessing the resource potential at Project\n Olza, the Company has assembled an experienced team of in-country\n experts and project management specialists to guide the project through\n permitting and toward development.\n\n\nRobert Konski is President of Rathdowney Polska, Rathdowney's wholly-owned\n subsidiary, and will lead government relations and the project team.\n With over 25 years' experience as an executive and a strategic advisor\n to management of public and private companies and government in Poland,\n Mr. Konski has overseen energy and infrastructure projects as well as\n diverse financial services, including restructuring activities. In the\n five years prior to joining Rathdowney, he was Management Board Advisor\n to several key firms including Polska Grupa Energetyczna, Poland's\n largest public utility, and Kulczyk Holding, one of the largest\n privately held holdings in Central Europe with assets in economic\n sectors such as energy, brewing, automotive, oil and gas exploration,\n transport and logistics and real estate. From 2002 to 2008, he was the\n Country Manager and then the Regional Director of Euronet Worldwide,\n Inc. provider of secure electronic financial transaction solutions to\n banks, where he was able to make Poland the single largest market and\n revenue operator for the company.  Earlier in his career, he was the US\n Treasury Advisor to Minister of Finance, where he advised on financial\n sector restructuring and London Club negotiations and relations with\n international financial institutions. Mr. Konski holds a B.A. in\n International Relations from Tufts University, and an M.P.A. from the\n JFK School of Government at Harvard University.\n\n\nBarbara Chammas is Manager, Community Relations and Environment and a member of the\n Board of Rathdowney Polska.  A professional with over 10 years'\n experience in public consultation and water management, Ms. Chammas\n directs on-the-ground stakeholder and environmental programs for\n Project Olza.
