PLEASE SEE THE IMPORTANT NOTICES AT THE END OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.\n \n \n \n \n \n 6 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n The Rank Group Plc \n \n \n Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n Further to today's announcement of the successful non-pre-emptive Fundraise (\"Results Announcement\"), The Rank Group Plc (\"Rank\" or the \"Company\") announces that a general meeting of the Company (\"General Meeting\") will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 23 November 2020 at the Company's registered office at TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN, United Kingdom. \n \n \n Pursuant to the Fundraise, 77,746,020 new Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 19.9% of the Company's existing Ordinary Shares) have been allotted at the Placing Price conditional on Shareholder approval.
