[{"type":"text","content":"R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd  (\"R&Q\" or the \"Company\")   Change of Company Name 19 July 2022 R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd (AIM:RQIH), is pleased to announce that the Company’s shareholders approved a special resolution to change the name of the Company from Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. to R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd.The name change was affected on 14 July 2022.The Company will continue to trade under the TIDM “RQIH”. Neither the Company’s ISIN or SEDOL will change as a result of the name change.The name change does not affect the rights of the Company’s shareholders and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid. Any new share certificates will be issued in the name R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd.
