Furthermore, the Company has\nthe exclusive right to option an additional 4,500 ha of exploration\nlicenses within the broader district, covering 3 additional targets\n(Figure 2). Two of the claims\n(Hidekel property), covering approximately 1,800 ha, directly adjoin\nRadius’s Gold’s Tierra Roja copper project. US$2,500 has been paid\non signing the exclusivity agreement. The agreement allows for Radius\nto conduct prospecting and evaluation of the licences, and the\nexclusive right to enter into an option agreement for each property\nwith the following terms:\n \n\n\n\n (i)\n \n Payments totaling US$165,000 over 36 months\nto acquire 100% per property.\n \n\n\n (ii)\n \n At any time during 5 years from the signing\nof the option, if a resource estimate is made: US$100,000.
