(TSX-V: RAK) (the “Company\n \n\n ”)\nis pleased to provide an update on the exploration plans for the\n Grad Property in the Northwest Territories (NWT). The Grad Property\nis located in the eastern portion of the Tombstone Gold Belt and was\nstaked in July of 2024 when the land came open following more than a\ndecade of land use planning. Prior to Rackla staking the claims there\nwas no history of exploration on the intrusion at the core of the\nProperty. The 2024 program was limited to 10 days on the property and\nconsisted of prospecting, rock, stream sediment and talus-fine\nsampling, an airborne geophysical survey and a photogrammetry survey.\nRackla is exceedingly pleased with the results from the 2024\nprogram.\n \n\n\n\n Grad Property 2024 exploration\nhighlights:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n New Gold Discovery – BiTe\nZone:\n \n\n Talus-fine sampling at the southern margin\nof the North Nahanni Pluton returned a broad zone of quartz-tourmaline\nand quartz-sulfide veining, with grades up to 92 g/t Au.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Large Gold Anomaly:\n \n\n A 550m-wide anomaly averaging 1.06 g/t Au, with a core zone\nof 180m averaging 3.68 g/t Au.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Extensive Mineralization:\n \n\n Channel sampling at the base of the cliff returned 38m\ngrading 1.8 g/t Au, with strong indications that the mineralization\nextends up the 450m ridge.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Strong Geochemical\nIndicators:\n \n\n High concentrations of bismuth and\ntellurium, which are key pathfinders for Reduced Intrusive Related\nGold Systems (RIRGS).\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Significant Expansion\nPotential:\n \n\n Early results suggest the mineralized\nsystem extends at least 1.3 km north of BiTe, with strong gold,\nbismuth, tellurium, and tungsten values.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n 2025 Exploration Program:\n \n\n Initial drilling to test the BiTe Zone at the base of the\ncliff and additional mapping and channel sampling to delineate the\nmineralized zone along strike.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n CEO Simon Ridgway stated, “The early results from the\nBiTe Zone at the Grad Pr...
