(TSX-V: RAK) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce\nthat crews are mobilizing to commence the 2025 exploration program on\nthe Grad property, located in the Tombstone Gold Belt of the Northwest\nTerritories.\n \n\n\n\n All the pieces are in place for a very exciting\nseason:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Fully funded, fully permitted 2025 field campaign\nwill focus on 2024 Grad Gold Discovery.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Grad is a Reduced Intrusion-Related Gold System exposed\nin a 400m vertical cliff face.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n A 2,000 m maiden drill program will test the continuity\nof the Gold mineralization at the BiTe Zone, where channel at the base\nof the cliff has returned excellent gold results.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n A further ± 2,000 m will be drilled from the ridge\ntop, following confirmation from sampling that the veins are gold\nbearing.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The Grad project is fully permitted for the upcoming\n2025 exploration season and beyond. The Company obtained a five-year,\nType A Land Use Permit from the Sahtu Land and Water Board, in April\nof this year supporting the maiden drill program. The Permit, with a\npotential for a two-year extension, allows Rackla to significantly\nadvance exploration efforts, beginning with drilling at the BiTe\nZone—a high priority target showing early promise.\n \n\n\n\n All contracts are in place to support the program. The\nRackla team will be supported by Horizon Helicopters Inc., Tintina Air\nInc., Minconsult Exploration Services, Kluane Diamond Drilling Ltd.,\nAFD Petroleum Ltd., Trailblazer Expediting Inc., Twilite Services Ltd.\nand Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd.\n \n\n\n\n The 2025 program will include additional follow-up\nsurface exploration at Grad and in the broader region with\nmountaineering geologists, excavator trenching and a 4,000 m maiden\ndrill program focused on the BiTe target.\n \n\n\n\n Project Description\n \n\n\n\n The Grad property is located in the eastern portion of\nthe Tombstone Gold Belt.
