(TSX-V: RAK) (the “Company\n \n\n ”)\nis pleased to provide the season-end results of the exploration\nprogram on the Grad Property in the Northwest Territories (NWT). The\nGrad Property was staked in July of this year following an initial\nprospecting program that identified prospective geology, alteration\nand mineralization. The 2024 program consisted of prospecting, rock,\nstream sediment and talus-fine sampling, an airborne geophysical\nsurvey and photogrammetry survey. The Property is shaping up to be an\noutstanding Reduced Intrusion-related Gold System (RIRGS) target that\nwill require a significant focus during the 2025 exploration\nseason.\n \n\n\n\n The Grad Property is centered on the North Nahanni\nPluton, a Cretaceous-aged, Mayo Suite felsic intrusion in the\neastern\n \n\n Tombstone Gold Belt in the NWT. The\npluton measures 1.8 by 1 km with a sizable, intensely altered, contact\naureole expressed as hornfelsed and iron stained gossanous Earn Group\nsediments.\n \n\n\n\n The key discovery in 2024 on the Grad Property was the\nBiTe zone. It is located at the southern exposure of the North Nahanni\nPluton where a cliff face exibits intense silica-sericite alteration\nof the outcropping intrusive. Geological crews have observed a\nwidespread array of sheeted auriferous quartz veins in the brittle\ncarapace of the intrusion, particularly at the BiTe zone. This\nalteration hosts disseminated base metal sulfides and gold.  Grab\nsamples of the intrusive have graded over 2% bismuth with high\ntellurium and up to 92 g/t gold.\n \n\n\n\n A talus line at the base of the cliff has returned\nmulti-gram gold samples over 200 meters, with values as high as 7.5\ng/t Au, within a broader interval of coincident gold-bismuth up to 550\nmeters wide, with bismuth values up to 2930 ppm.\n \n\n\n\n Figure 1 – Talus line defining the\nBiTe zone across 550m, and initial discovery rock samples\n(squares).\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n\n\n\n T...
