A further announcement will be made in due course once the effective date is known.\n \nCommenting on today's announcement, Ruth Markland, Quilter Chair, said, \"Tim has played a significant role on the Quilter Board since joining in 2020 and I am grateful for the support he has provided to me and the Board during his time as Senior Independent Director. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tim for his commitment and valuable contribution to Quilter during his tenure.\"\n \nNote:\n \n\n\n\n\n1.\n\n\nTim Breedon is the Senior Independent Director and Workforce Engagement Director, Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee.
