(TSX-V: QPT) ("Quest"\n or the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company developing and\n commercializing products for the treatment of cancer, today announced a\n clinical development arrangement with U.S. based Hemispherx Biopharma\n Inc. to evaluate the clinical utility of combining Quest's antibody\n immunotherapy technology with Hemispherx's immune activator in a thirty\n patient clinical trial.\n\n\nUnder the terms of the agreement the costs of the clinical trial will be\n shared equally by Quest and Hemispherx.
