Baum, on May 15, 2009,(b) the Share Exchange Agreement with Independence Energy Corporationon July 22, 2009, whereby Quest Oil acquired all of the shares ofIndependence Energy Corporation in exchange for shares of Quest Oil’sSeries C Preferred Stock, and(c) the appointment of Jason Bleuler as Chief Executive Officer onJuly 22, 2009,as required under Part 7 of NI-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509, and4. a copy of the following documents that Quest Oil filed with the United StatesSecurities and Exchange Commission:(a) Form 15 Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration undersection 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Suspension ofDuty to File Reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the SecuritiesExchange Act of 1934 dated May 15, 2009 and filed May 29, 2009, and(b) Form 8-K Current Report dated May 15, 2009 and filed May 29, 2009as required under section 11.1 of NI 51-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509,(the required records).¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading inthe securities of Quest Oil cease until:1. it files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revokingthis order.¶ 4 November 13, 2009Martin Eady, CADirectorCorporate Finance","length":2782,"tagName":"div"}]
