(TSX Venture: CRU) (OTC: CRUUF) (FWB: SY7N) (the “Company” or “Cameo Cobalt”) is pleased to announce that it will seek TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) approval to change the name of the Company to Cameo Industries Corp. (the “Name Change”) which better reflects the company’s diversified project portfolio. Akash Patel, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Cameo stated: “Cameo has undergone a complete corporate overhaul and now maintains a robust and diversified portfolio of mineral assets. The Company’s proposed name change will better reflect its transformative acquisition of the fully permitted MAX Mill and Mine, as well as its high impact Golden Triangle exploration targets.” In accordance with current TSXV policies, shareholder approval will not be required for the proposed Name Change.
