Year-End Operational Update

Quantum Helium Limited has provided a year-end operational update, announcing the completion of Sagebrush 3D seismic acquisition and the finalization of the Coyote Wash Sproule ERCE independent resource report, which confirms a total independently assessed 2U gross helium across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash exceeding 1 BCF. The company also finalized the Irrevocable Letter of Credit for the extended flow test at Sagebrush-1 and increased its working interest at Sagebrush to 90%. These developments position Quantum for a strong start to 2026, with key priorities including the receipt of seismic results, commencement of the flow test, and integration of new seismic data into drilling plans.
