Sale of Oil Assets - Update

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration, development and production company, announces that further to the announcements of 10 June, 15 July and 4 September 2024, the Company is nearing the completion of the sale of its interest in Nadsoilco LLC, which owns the working interest in Stanley, Greater Stanley and all of Mosman's interests in the Winters leases in the Polk County, Texas, USA that was originally targeted for 3 September 2024.

Although the proposed acquirer continues to progress all documentation required for completion, the Company now expects completion to take place later this month.
