Results of Annual General Meeting
Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces that the 2022 AGM was held in Sydney earlier today.
The Board is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed by way of a show of hands with overwhelming support via proxy, and provides notice this day that Mr Andy Carroll was re-elected to the Board, and Mr Nigel Harvey was appointed as a new Director of Mosman. Resolutions 3 - 7 as disclosed in the notice of meeting were withdrawn by the Chairman prior to the commencement of the AGM, following a Board decision to formally review and consider equity-based incentive schemes in the coming year.

Mosman (AIM:MSMN) is an oil exploration, development, and production company with projects in the US and Australia. Mosman's strategic objectives remain consistent: to identify opportunities which will provide operating cash flow and have development upside, in conjunction with progressing exploration of existing exploration permits. The Company has several projects in the US, in addition to exploration projects in the Amadeus Basin in Central Australia.
