Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces following the passing of the requisite resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 29 November 2022, Mr Nigel Harvey has commenced his role as a Non-Executive Director of Mosman.

 

In a correction to the announcement of 7 November, Mr Harvey holds a beneficial interest in 137,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
