[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6576Z Mosman Oil and Gas Limited 18 December 2017 \n\n \n18 December 2017\n \nMosman Oil and Gas Limited\n(\"Mosman\" or the \"Company\")\n \nChairman's Address and Result of AGM \n \n \nMosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) provides details of the 2017 AGM held in Sydney this morning. \n \nAll resolutions put to the AGM were passed, with all Directors abstaining from resolutions 2 through 8, which were related to benefits and remuneration of related parties.\n \nChairman's Notes\n \nThe Chairman highlighted that:\n \nFirstly, Mosman's strategic objective remains to identify opportunities which will provide operating cash flow and have development upside, in conjunction with progressing exploration of existing exploration permits\n \nSecondly, Mosman operates with a small number of employees and consultants. This is designed to minimise unnecessary costs.
