Approval and Publication of Prospectus

Mast Energy Developments PLC ("MED" or "the Company") the UK-based multi-asset owner, developer, and operator in the rapidly growing Flexible Generation Power market, is pleased to announce that further to its RNS announcements dated 23 May 2025 and most recently 8 July 2025, that the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has today approved its Prospectus.

The Prospectus has been published in electronic form and will shortly be available on the Company's website at: https://www.med.energy/companydocuments.

A copy of the Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Pieter Krügel, MED CEO, commented: "We are delighted that the FCA has approved our Prospectus, which satisfies the final key condition to the Equity Fundraise. The MED Board, management and advisors worked around the clock the past few weeks to get the Prospectus finalised and approved in a very short timeframe, in order to expedite the completion of the Equity Fundraise. With all the key conditions to the Equity Fundraise now successfully satisfied, we are expecting the Equity Fundraise to complete shortly. We are looking forward to updating the market in this regard over the coming days."
