As such, the planned release of the Company’s fiscal 2025 financial results today and the business update conference call originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025 will be delayed.\n\n\nThe Company is reviewing its accounting related to certain revenue contracts as well as the application of standalone selling price under applicable accounting standards.
