[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1036F Brainspark PLC 06 January 2010 \n \n06 January 2010\nBrainspark plc\n(\"Brainspark\" or the \"Company\")\n\nHolding(s) in Company\n\nTotal Voting Rights\n\nHoldings in Company\n\nOn 23 December 2009 Brainspark announced, inter alia, that the Company had decided to exercise an option with Mr Giuliano Borsari to acquire 10.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of Filmmaster Television S.r.L. The total consideration payable to Mr Borsari was EUR150,000 cash plus 104,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in Brainspark (the \"Consideration Shares\"). The Consideration Shares, which are subject to a 12 month lock-in agreement, were admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 8.00am on 31 December 2009 (\"Admission\"). \n\nAs a result of the Admission of the Consideration Shares Mr Borsari now has a total beneficial interest in 104,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 17.60% of the total issued share capital of Brainspark.\n\n\nTotal Voting Rights\n\nThe total issued share capital of Brainspark at the date of this announcement is 591,055,698 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each.
