Thomas Cook, one of the world's biggest tour operators, will be entitled to the exclusive booking rights in all main European markets for the Watamu Bay Resort Hotel, one of the hotels managed by ORH SpA.\n \nCommercialisation of the hotel will be through all European Thomas Cook brands and the exclusivity agreement will run between 1 November 2013 and 20 December 2015.
