[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 30 March 2022\n \n Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc\n \n( “QBT” or “the Company”)\n Call of Bondholders’ Meeting\n Quantum Blockchain Technologies (AIM: QBT) announces that it has written to the holders of the Company’s Zero-Coupon Bond, originally issued in 2013 (the “Bond”), calling a meeting at 10.00 am on Wednesday 21 April 2022, at the Company’s registered office seeking Bondholders’ approval of the following proposals (the “Proposals”);\n \n to extend the maturity of the Bond from 15 December2022 to 15 December 2024;\n to amend certain terms of the Bondholders’ conversion right, modifying the conversion price from £0.15 to £0.05.\n \n All holders of the Bond are entitled to vote on the Proposals. Eufingest SA (“Eufingest”), which holds €3m out of the €4.8m total face value of the Bond currently in issue, has confirmed to the Company that it intends to vote in favour of the Proposals.\n The Bondholders' meeting requires a quorum of two Bondholders holding at least 66.66 per cent of the Bonds. If the meeting is inquorate, it will be adjourned for 14 days. At any adjourned meeting, any number of Bondholders will represent a valid quorum.\n Bondholders who wish to vote and whose Bonds are held in the name of a broker, dealer, commercial bank, trust company or other nominee institution (including as CDIs) must contact such nominee promptly and instruct or make arrangements with such nominee to vote in accordance with the customary procedures of the clearing systems on behalf of the bondholders.
