[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1332Y Brainspark PLC 27 August 2009 \n \nFor immediate release\n\n27 August 2009\n\nBrainspark Plc\n('Brainspark' or the 'Company')\n\nProposed Board Changes\n\nThe Company announces that Dennis Bryan Bailey and David Meacher have today resigned as Directors of Brainspark. \n\nThe Board would like to express their appreciation for their long support and invaluable contribution.\n\nThe Board intends to appoint two new Directors Mr Alessandro Malcart and Mr Alfredo Villa, whose appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion by the Company's nominated adviser of its background clearance for Directors together with the necessary information required by Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.\n\nAlessandro Malcart was COO and then CEO on the Board of AISoftw@re SpA (now Exprivia SpA) listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (now part of the London Stock Exchange) he was also for three years COO of Inferentia SpA (now Fullsix SpA) listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
