[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Appointment\n \n \n\n \n Clear Leisure plc\n \n \n\n \n \n \n 12 June 2014\n \n \n Clear Leisure plc(“Clear Leisure†or “the Companyâ€)\n \n Appointment\n \n \n Clear Leisure, the AIM traded (AIM: CLP) specialist investment company, \n is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Emmanuel Bordignon to \n act as Managing Director of its wholly owned investment subsidiary, \n Alnitak S.à r.l. Luxembourg, which in turn owns 100% of the H&L Fund, \n recently acquired by the Company on 27 May 2014.\n \n \n Mr. Bordignon, 37, is a manager and partner of Endeavour Asset \n Management, a Milan based investment firm, with assets under management \n of EUR 320 million and manages over 50 buildings in Italy. Prior to \n this, Mr. Bordignon was a manager at Cordea Savills LPP Milan and \n London, was an acquisition and asset manager at Deutsche Bank Real \n Estate Opportunities in Italy and worked at Cushman and Wakefield in \n Paris Milan and Rome.\n \n \n Mr. Bordignon, through Alnitak, will also take responsibility for the \n management of all Clear Leisure’s directly-owned and indirectly owned \n real estate assets in Italy. These assets have an appraised value of EUR \n 133.5 million against total mortgages of EUR 88.3 million.
