(the "Company," "we," and "our") (OTC PINK:WSFT) today announced that it has entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the 'Purchase Agreement') with TRITON FUNDS, LLC, a San Diego limited liability company ('TRITON FUNDS').The Purchase Agreement provides that the the Investor shall purchase Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) of Securities after a Registration Statement is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") at a fixed price of $1.50 per share.
