A copy of the circular is also being sent to shareholders. \nThe general meeting to approve the transaction will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Lakeside Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0BU on 23 July 2012 at 10.30am (or, if later, immediately following conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at 10.00 am on that date).
