[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 28 March 2023\n \n \n \n Quadrise Fuels International Plc\n \n (\"Quadrise\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Change of Company Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement of 13 March 2023, the Company is henceforth renamed Quadrise plc. \n \n \n \n \n \n The new Company name has been formally registered at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued. The change of name will take effect on AIM from 08:00 today and dealings under the new name will commence immediately thereafter.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's TIDM will also change to QED. Its ISIN (GB00B11DDB67) remains unchanged.
