Appointment of New Auditor

Quadrise (AIM:QFI), the supplier of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ emulsion technology and fuels, announces that the Company has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as auditor with immediate effect for the financial year ended 30 June 2023. Shareholder approval to confirm PKF's appointment for the financial year ended  30 June 2024 will be sought at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting.

 

The Company's Audit Committee decided to undertake a formal competitive audit tender process following the financial year ended 30 June 2022. The process to manage the transition from BDO LLP ("BDO") has been completed and BDO has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors for the purposes of Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
