Appointment of Joint Broker

Quadrise Plc (AIM:QED), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, is pleased to announce the appointment of VSA Capital Limited ("VSA") as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

As a specialised investment banking and corporate broking firm in the energy, resources and renewables sectors, VSA will be responsible for improving awareness of the Company amongst institutional and ESG-focused investors globally, as well as helping Quadrise to access strategic partners and accelerate its commercial roll-out once operational milestones are achieved.

VSA is acting in a Joint Corporate Broker capacity alongside Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited.
